Women and Other minorities
NCCR Separations is committed to inclusive excellence through its Affinity Scholarship Program, which offers Bachelor’s and Master’s students from underrepresented groups, including women, the opportunity to undertake a 2–6 month paid research stay in an NCCR Separations-affiliated laboratory. The program promotes equal opportunities in separation science by providing hands-on research experience, scientific training, and access to the NCCR research network.

Trainings
The NCCR will provide trainings on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, harassment prevention, cultural competency, and fair recruitment for all members of the NCCR.
